It is with sadness that another of the Old A's founding members passed away last week. Dave Townsend. Dave was a 1st XV back row with Eversheds and then Old Actonians, so was a founder member of Old A's as it then was. Dave, his brother Ron and cousin John all played for A's during the late 60's and early 70's. All Our thoughts are with his wife Jeanette and family from his Actonians family
